About this file
This document is a Sources Sought notice for the Sierra/Mojave Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) issued by the National Park Service (NPS) Pacific West Region. The purpose is to identify qualified small business firms capable of performing a wide range of construction services across multiple national parks and monuments in California and Nevada.
The Sierra/Mojave MATOC will encompass projects such as new construction, repair/rehabilitation of historic and non-historic structures, site utilities, site improvements, water/wastewater, roadways, fire/safety systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. NPS anticipates awarding up to 5 IDIQ contracts with a total contract ordering period not to exceed 5 years and a total value up to $45 million. Firms are requested to submit responses by November 28, 2024 that include a completed Contractor Information Form, capabilities statement, past project details, and comments on the impact of consolidating these requirements. NPS will consider small business set-aside status based on the quality and quantity of responses received.
