About this file
This document is a Contractor Affidavit for Douglas County, Georgia, related to compliance with state work authorization requirements under O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91. The document serves as a legally binding declaration that must be signed by an authorized company representative, sworn before a notary public, and incorporated into any contract subject to these statutory provisions. No specific project details, funding sources, or contract amounts are included in this standard compliance document.
