Note: The hauled quantity variation is due in part to uncertainty in weather conditions and availability of equipment (e.g., a change in weather conditions may only allow work for ½ day and/or equipment failures/availability may result in fewer yards of material being transported in a day).

J. The Government will provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to pick-up. Should the Government give less than 24 hours’ notice, the Vendor may elect to either load the trucks as requested or to schedule an alternate day. The on-site representative/CO will compare load tickets provided by the supplier and diaries to confirm the accuracy of the invoices provided by contractor before payment is made.
