About this file

These are construction drawings prepared by Arbor Land Design, LLC for the Northside Park Court, Sidewalk, and Access Improvements project located in Greenville County, South Carolina. The comprehensive set of ten technical drawings (sheets C-101 through C-110) details a multi-faceted park improvement project involving existing athletic facilities. The drawings cover various aspects including site layout, demolition plans, grading and storm drain plans, erosion control, site and utility plans, and specific construction and installation details for courts, sidewalks, fencing, and accessibility features.

The project scope includes converting an existing basketball court into six pickleball courts, constructing a new high school regulation-sized basketball court (84'x50'), resurfacing four existing tennis courts, installing new fencing, constructing sidewalks, creating accessible parking spaces, and making various site access improvements. The drawings include specific technical specifications for materials, installation methods, handicap access requirements, and erosion control measures. Additional details indicate the project will involve removing existing infrastructure, adjusting site grading, installing new curbs and gutters, and implementing comprehensive erosion and sediment control strategies. The project is designed to enhance recreational facilities at Northside Park with a focus on accessibility, functionality, and sustainable construction practices.
