The project encompasses providing single and multi-classroom units, restroom facilities, and storage units with specifications including 750–850 square feet classrooms, HVAC systems with dehumidification, fire sprinkler installation, decking, ramps, railings, and accessibility features. Quantities vary based on district needs, with pricing requested for 1-, 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12-classroom configurations with and without restrooms. Proposal submission deadline is 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 864 Broad Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901. The anticipated award date is February 10, 2026. The contract term is approximately 24 months from the award date, with the Richmond County School System holding the option to renew for three additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions, contingent upon mutual agreement.
