About this file
This document is a memorandum from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services regarding the transition of data from Comm-PASS to COMMBUYS. During the transition period scheduled for March 1, 2014 to March 23, 2014, no new solicitations or updates to existing solicitations and contracts will be made on Comm-PASS. Instead, all information that would normally be posted to Comm-PASS will be posted to the website www.mass.gov/eohhs/comm-pass. Respondents are advised to check this site regularly for any changes to open solicitations and new solicitations during this transition period. Bidders may also contact the issuer identified in the solicitation document to confirm they have the most recent documents necessary to respond.
The memorandum does not provide any details about a specific contract opportunity, pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or contract term and renewal options. It focuses solely on the temporary transition of data posting from one website to another during the specified transition period.

RE:
EHS Temporary Online Transition Solicitation Website
In order for data to migrate from Comm-PASS to COMMBUYS the Operational Services Division (OSD) has identified a transition period during which no new solicitations or updates to existing solicitations and contracts will be able to be made by agency staff on Comm-PASS. This transition period is tentatively scheduled for March 01, 2014 – March 23, 2014. During this transition period any information that EHS would normally post to Comm-PASS will be posted to the following website (please note that this web address is case sensitive): www.mass.gov/eohhs/comm-pass Respondents are cautioned to check this site regularly, as this will be the sole method used for notification of changes to open solicitations and new solicitations during the transition period. Bidders may also contact the issuer identified in the solicitation document to confirm that they have the most recent documents necessary to respond to the relevant solicitation.
