About this file

The document is a Common Carrier Attestation form for Pinellas County, Florida, specifically related to a potential future Request for Information (RFI) about drone-based technology for post-hurricane damage assessments. The attestation requires a contractor to confirm they will not transport unauthorized aliens and understand the definition of a "common carrier" as a business that transports persons or commodities for hire. The form provides space for a contractor's authorized representative to sign, print their name, date the document, and include their Federal Work Authorization User Identification Number and the specific Pinellas County contract details.

The document includes a termination clause allowing Pinellas County to end the associated agreement if the contractor violates the attestation. While directly connected to a potential future RFI about drone technology for post-disaster damage assessment, this specific form is a legal compliance document focusing on immigration and transportation service regulations. The form is designed to ensure contractors understand and agree to legal requirements related to transportation services and unauthorized alien transportation, which is a standard compliance measure for government contracts in Florida.
