About this file

The document is a Common Carrier Attestation form for Pinellas County, Florida, related to a vehicle body and frame repair contract. The attestation requires the contractor to confirm compliance with Florida Statute § 92.525, specifically affirming that they will not knowingly transport unauthorized aliens during the contract term, except to facilitate their detention or removal. The form is designed to be completed by an authorized representative of the contractor, who must provide their signature, printed name, date, Federal Work Authorization User Identification Number, and the specific contract details.

The attestation includes a critical termination clause stating that the County reserves the right to terminate the associated agreement if the contractor is found in violation of the attestation. The definition of a "common carrier" is provided as a person, firm, or corporation that regularly transports persons or commodities for hire and offers services to those who can pay. This document appears to be a mandatory compliance form for contractors bidding on the vehicle body and frame repair contract, which requires providers to demonstrate legal and ethical transportation practices as a condition of contract eligibility.
