About this file
This document is a job aid that provides instructions for vendors on how to withdraw, reopen, and resubmit a quote in COMMBUYS, the Massachusetts state procurement portal. COMMBUYS is used by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to manage state and local contract opportunities. The job aid outlines the specific steps vendors must follow to modify a quote that has already been submitted, such as uploading the wrong file or needing to include additional information. It notes that quotes can be withdrawn, modified, and resubmitted at any time before the bid opening date, which is the deadline to submit a quote in response to a solicitation.
The job aid does not provide details on any specific contract opportunity. It focuses solely on the COMMBUYS quote management functionality available to vendors with appropriate system permissions and access.
