About this file

This document is a job aid published by the Operational Services Division (OSD) detailing the step-by-step process for vendors to withdraw, reopen, and resubmit a quote in the COMMBUYS procurement system. The job aid provides comprehensive instructions for vendors using the online platform, specifically focusing on how to modify a previously submitted quote before the bid opening date. The guide covers seven sequential steps, including logging into COMMBUYS, locating submitted quotes, accessing a specific quote, withdrawing the quote, reopening the quote, making modifications across various tabs (General, Items, Questions, Attachments), and ultimately resubmitting the revised quote.

The job aid is designed for vendors with Seller privileges, emphasizing that quotes can be withdrawn and resubmitted any time before the Bid Opening Date for reasons such as uploading an incorrect file, excluding necessary documents, or needing to include additional information. The screenshots walk users through each interface screen, highlighting specific buttons and navigation paths required to successfully modify and resubmit a quote. While the document does not reference a specific procurement opportunity, it serves as a universal guide for vendors using the COMMBUYS platform to manage their quote submissions effectively.
