About this file

This document is a job aid provided by COMMBUYS, the Massachusetts' procurement website, that explains how a seller can withdraw, reopen, and resubmit a quote for a contract opportunity. The job aid outlines the step-by-step process for accessing the quote, withdrawing it, modifying the quote details, and then resubmitting the quote. This functionality allows sellers to correct any errors or omissions in their initial quote submission before the bid opening date.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) to establish an "Open Enrollment" contract to pre-qualify a pool of contractors and vendors to provide ambient air quality instrumentation, parts, supplies, maintenance agreements, and repair services to various state departments. This is an ongoing contract with no specific end date, allowing additional qualified vendors to be added over time. No further details are provided about quantities, response deadlines, award information, or pricing terms.
