About this file

This document is a job aid that provides instructions for creating a quote in COMMBUYS, the online bidding portal for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The job aid outlines the steps a seller must take to respond to an open bid, including acknowledging the bid, accessing the bid details, inputting quote information, and submitting the quote. The state and local contract opportunity referenced is an RFR (Request for Response) for the Department of Fish & Game-Division of Fisheries & Wildlife to procure rollover protection systems for two specific tractor models. The contract requires the delivery of the rollover protection structures for the listed tractor models.

The job aid does not provide any additional details about the pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information related to the state and local contract opportunity. The summary is limited to the information directly contained in the provided documents.
