About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document dated January 3, 2025, addressing inquiries about solicitation COMBO-AFRL-PZLEQ-2925-0007 for electrical emergency response services at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The document clarifies that NETA Accredited Company services can be provided at the subcontractor level, and that while this is primarily an emergency response contract, maintenance work may be added through contract modifications if needed. The contract will be Cost Plus Fixed-Fee, with potential inclusion of a Cost-Reimbursable CLIN if deemed appropriate.

Multiple questions sought quantity estimates for various services including electrical emergencies, diagnostic assessments, repairs, engineering reviews, and maintenance tasks, but the government indicated it cannot provide quantity estimates due to the nature of the acquisition. The document also clarifies federal holidays, confirms that subcontractor identification in proposals satisfies prior approval requirements, and notes that CDRLs can be provided upon request. Two sections of the original PWS (5.3 Associate Lists and 5.4 Management of Electrical Equipment and System Date) have been removed entirely.
