Delivery must occur no later than 6 months after receipt of order, with all items delivered FOB Destination to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona, zip code 85707. Offerors must submit questions via email to Patricia Murray (Contracting Officer) by Friday, May 22, 2026 at 8:00 AM PST. Quotes are due Friday, May 29, 2026 by 8:00 AM PST and must include: (1) one copy of Technical Data Specification Sheet for each line item, and (2) one completed, signed Pricing Schedule (Attachment 2) with itemized quote. Quotes shall be submitted via email to both Patricia Murray (patricia.murray.6@us.af.mil) and Zachary Goit (zachary.goit@us.af.mil). Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous to the Government based on three evaluation factors: Technical Capability, Lead Time, and Price. The Product Service Code is 1730 (Aircraft Ground Servicing Equipment) and the NAICS Code is 336413 (Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment).

COMBO SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

B-Series Maintenance Stands

FA4877-26-Q-A099

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation FA4877-26-Q-A099 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This acquisition is a total set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(ii) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for the following commercial products:

CLIN 0001: B-1 Hydraulic Maintenance Platform/Stands PN: 2001098 - Qty 13 EA

CLIN 0002: B-4 Hydraulic Maintenance Platform/Stands PN: 2003642 - Qty 17 EA

(iii) The contract shall provide B-Series Maintenance Stands as identified above which meet all specification and performance requirements as identified in Attachment 3 – Salient Characteristics.

(iv) The delivery shall occur NLT 6 months ARO. All items shall be delivered to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) located at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Arizona – FOB DESTINATION to zip code 85707.

(v) RFO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services is hereby incorporated by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text.

RFO 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services is hereby incorporated by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text. The following have been tailored to this procurement and are hereby added via addenda:

(a) Evaluation factors. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

Technical Capability - defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability to meet the defined salient characteristics of the products identified supported by technical data sheet for all products offered.

Lead Time – defined as offeror’s stated ability to provide all products requested on or before the timeline specified in section (vii) of this solicitation.

Price – defined as the offeror’s total price for all Line items and quantities as requested in Attachment 1 – Pricing Schedule.
