Oliveros, Jonathan C CIV USN NFEXWC PHE CA (USA) I was trying to figure out how to re-word this to take into account the relatively simple nature of the requirement (we’re really looking to get a quote and not an entire detailed technical approach). Figured I would just get rid of the sentence entirely.

Oliveros, Jonathan C CIV USN NFEXWC PHE CA (USA) I understand including this and would normally include it but I know these folks aren’t going to have a subcontractor just based on the requirement and the situation (e.g. the contractor going through the trouble to obtain a CAGE code in late June just to be able to do business with us)
