In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA820120R0020 – Shipping Containers, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05. This procurement will not be set-aside and is open to full-and-open competition.

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

To be considered technically acceptable, a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary.

The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 332439 with a size standard of 500 Emp.

The subject RFQ number is: FA820120R0020- Shipping Containers

The shipping method used will be FOB Destination. Partial deliveries to the location in the Statement of Work will be accepted.

Hill AFB/Air Force Sustainment Center, UT 84056 plans to acquire the following supplies: Shipping Containers

The RFQ is for the purchase of 125 40-foot shipping containers used for the test and training mission at the Utah

Test and Training Range. Failure to quote on all CLINs may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration.
