About this file

This document outlines requirements for a blanket purchase agreement to provide 40-foot sea containers to the Utah Test and Training Range. The agreement will be in effect from 1 October 2020 through 30 September 2025 and includes four option years. The sea containers must be 40 feet in length, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet 6 inches in height, constructed of corrugated metal with reinforced corners and welded seams. Additional requirements specify that the containers be stackable, initially manufactured to ISO standards, and have minimal rust or dents that do not compromise strength or stackability. Delivery locations include Dugway Proving Ground and the UTTR Oasis Complex, with delivery hours of 0700 to 1600 Monday through Thursday excluding holidays. The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center solicitation number FA8201 seeks to acquire 125 sea containers meeting these specifications to support target construction at the Utah Test and Training Range.
