Unacceptable
Based on the offeror’s technical quotation, the Government does not have a reasonable expectation that the offeror will successfully perform the required effort in accordance with the Performance of Work Statement.
The Technical Evaluation Team (TET) will evaluate the contractor’s technical quote against the minimum requirements identified below:
a. Contractor must provide a quote that adheres to SOR para 2.0-3.0 with regards to CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002.
b. “Or Equal” product submission: To verify the proposed equal product’s claim to prevent and neutralize mold, viruses, germs, and bacteria, and purify the air and surfaces for a room up to 500 sq ft, a total of three third-party statements of efficacy supporting these claims must be provided.
