About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Water Distribution and Storage Material Supply project at Canyon Ferry Reservoir in Montana, prepared by the Bureau of Reclamation's Missouri Basin Regional Office. The project involves procuring materials for a water distribution system expansion at the Hellgate Campground, including process piping, plumbing pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, controls, and potable water storage tanks. The supplier will be responsible for delivering all specified materials within 90 days of the Notice to Proceed, with specific requirements for NSF-approved potable water components such as a Grundfos duplex booster pump system, copper piping, ball valves, a pressure sustaining valve, flow meter, bladder pressure tank, and two 500-gallon potable water tanks.

The SOW details precise technical specifications for each component, including performance characteristics, materials, and installation requirements. Key components include a booster pump with a 32 gpm flow rate at 118.27 feet head, a 2-1/2-inch pressure sustaining valve set to maintain 39 psi, a McCrometer UltraMag flow meter, and Duracast 500-gallon vertical tanks with specific features like water level indicators, air vents, and overflow drains. The project will be located at the Hellgate Campground at Canyon Ferry Reservoir in Lewis and Clark County, Montana, with GPS coordinates of 46.612637° N, -111.649702° W. Government forces will perform the actual construction, with this contract focused solely on material procurement and specialized startup services.
