About this file
This document set contains technical drawings and specifications for bollard products manufactured by Gibraltar, a structural engineering company. The drawings detail three primary bollard types: the M30 P1 Engineered Standard Bollard (G-1331), the M30 P1 Removable Drilled Foundation Bollard (G-1031R), the M30 P1 Shallow Mount Bollard (G-1131), and the S30 P1 Deployable Bollard (G-1631D).
The M30 P1 Engineered Standard Bollard features a 14.5-inch minimum width with three openings of 48 inches clear each, constructed from 5000 PSI concrete with rebar reinforcement and stiffener plates. The bollard assembly measures approximately 45 inches in height with 24-inch width and includes 8-inch bollard pipes. The M30 P1 Removable Drilled Foundation Bollard is designed for installation without maximum on-center spacing and includes an 8-inch removable bollard pipe with 10-inch sleeve pipe and concrete foundation rated at 4000 PSI. The M30 P1 Shallow Mount Bollard accommodates three bollards with 36-inch to 56.75-inch on-center spacing and features 3-inch shallow mount bases suitable for curb installations. The S30 P1 Deployable Bollard assembly measures 31 inches minimum width with a 33-inch minimum height, designed for deployable configurations with square openings in concrete foundations per customer specifications. All products are tested and certified to ASTM F3016 standards with various rebar configurations (#5, #6 vertical rebar, and rebar rings) as detailed in component bills of materials. Specifications indicate all concrete shall meet minimum 3500 PSI requirements, rebar shall be Grade 60, and all products are available with customer-specified coatings.
