NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W911QX26QA160 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for One (1) Broderson Ten (10) U.S. Ton Diesel-Powered Industrial Carry Deck Crane (Model IC-100-B).

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The 100% small business set-aside will convert to full and open competition if no acceptable offers are received from responsible, small business concerns. All interested parties are encouraged to respond, regardless of business size; however, they must do so at their own risk, taking into account that this is a small business set-aside first, and full and open competition only after the above criteria is not met.
