About this file
This document is a Market Research Questionnaire from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime seeking information from potential suppliers for three specific National Stock Numbers (NSNs): a liquid dispensing tank and pump unit (4320014174876), and two hydraulic system manifold components (4730014578479 and 4730015278543). DLA is considering issuing Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) or Long-Term Contracts (LTCs) for these items, with the market survey designed to gather detailed information about potential suppliers' capabilities, business size, manufacturing status, and willingness to meet specific contract requirements.
The market research aims to establish a five-year firm fixed price contract, with potential for price escalation and specific provisions including Product Verification Testing and Surge and Sustainment support. Interested vendors must respond by 30 May 2025, and some NSNs have existing contract limitations (e.g., NSN 4320014174876 is currently under contract until 31 January 2027). The solicitation targets both large and small businesses, with special interest in small business classifications such as 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned, and Veteran-Owned businesses. Vendors are required to provide comprehensive information about their manufacturing capabilities, commercial sales history, and ability to meet government procurement requirements.
