About this file

This document is a Market Research Questionnaire from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime, seeking potential suppliers for three specific National Stock Numbers (NSNs): a liquid dispensing tank and pump unit, and two hydraulic system manifold assemblies. The market survey targets manufacturers and distributors in NAICS codes 333914 and 332996, inviting them to provide detailed information about their capabilities, business size, certifications, and interest in a potential five-year Long Term Contract (LTC).

Key details include a market research response deadline of 30 May 2025, potential contract start dates of 1 February 2027 and 9 November 2025 for specific NSNs, and a preference for a firm fixed price contract with possible escalation rates. The solicitation includes requirements for Product Verification Testing, Contractor First Article Testing, and Surge & Sustainment capabilities for certain NSNs. DLA is specifically interested in understanding suppliers' manufacturing capabilities, commercial item status, cost or pricing data availability, and willingness to meet specialized government contracting requirements across these three national stock numbers.
