Firm B 3rd 1st (3 X .4) + (1 X .6) = 1.8*
Firm C 2nd 2nd (2 X .4) + (2 X .6) = 2.0
*Highest ranking (lowest numeric total) is awarded the selection.
All overall committee rankings, including the shortlist, interview and final rankings are public record and will be available for public inspection at the College after final award of the project.
Individual scores and rankings by each committee member shall be confidential.
