REMOVAL, DISPOSAL AND INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:

The Contractor shall provide labor services, equipment, laboratory testing, and materials for the removal and disposal of all existing piping insulation, lagging and/or reusable covers for the locations and system identified in the Purchase Order. Removal and disposal requirements shall be accomplished IAW the requirements of the statement of work and references C.1.1.(a) through C.1.1.(aa).

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:

The Contractor shall provide labor services, equipment, laboratory testing, and materials for the installation of new pipe lagging, insulation, lagging pads, and/or reusable covers for the locations and system identified in the Purchase Order. The Contractor shall accomplish the cleaning and painting requirements for new piping insulation, lagging, and/or re-usable covers to match surrounding areas. The Installation and painting requirements shall be accomplished IAW the requirements of the statement of work and references C.1.1.(a) through C.1.1.(aa).

NOTES:
1. The Contractor shall provide all management, administrative services, materials, tools, equipment, labor, rigging, services, crane services, gas free services, scaffolding, utilities (i.e. air, water and electricity, etc.) and required services and support to accomplish the work specified in this contract in accordance with the requirements of the contract, the references of the Statement Of Work (SOW), and the Itemized Pricing listed in the scope of work.
2. The Contractor shall perform the requirements of this contract in accordance with the Statement Of Work (SOW), references C.1.1 (a) through C.1.1.(aa), and the requirements of the Itemized Pricing listed in the scope of work.
