About this file
This is a Performance Bid document containing additional contract clauses for a Maine state purchasing opportunity related to a Parent's Guide to Immunizations publication. The contract may be extended beyond its initial expiration date with contractor consent, with a maximum total contract period not to exceed three years. The State Purchasing Director retains the right to authorize such extensions.
The contract permits an overrun not to exceed 3 percent of the bid amount. A recycled content price preference is available for paper or paper product bids containing a minimum of 30 percent post-consumer recycled material that fall within 10 percent of the lowest compliant bid; bidders seeking this consideration must clearly identify recycled paper bids and disclose recycled content percentages in their solicitation response comments. Vendor past performance may be considered as a factor in contract award determination.
