About this file

This document appears to be a performance bid template related to contract clauses covering extension, overrun, and performance requirements for the State of Maine's "Do Not Unplug Stickers" procurement opportunity. The file establishes the framework for bid submission and contract performance standards, though specific details regarding quantities, response deadlines, site visits, bidder conferences, and award dates are not detailed within this clause document itself. The contract structure includes provisions for potential extensions and overrun scenarios, indicating flexibility in the contract term to accommodate additional work or extended performance periods beyond the initial agreement.

The document focuses on establishing performance metrics and bidding conditions rather than pricing terms or financial details. It does not contain explicit information regarding set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or budget amounts. The file functions as a template or guideline document that would typically be paired with additional procurement documents such as the scope of work, specifications, and pricing schedules to constitute a complete bid package for interested vendors.
