A recycled content price preference is available for paper or paper product bids containing a minimum of 30% post-consumer recycled material that fall within 10% of the lowest compliant bid, potentially receiving up to a 10% price preference adjustment. Vendors must explicitly indicate recycled paper bids and disclose recycled content in the comments section of their solicitation response.
