About this file
This is an additional clauses document for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the State of Maine for Reception Intake Sheets for Skowhegan OFI. The contract period may be extended beyond the initial expiration date at the discretion of the State Purchasing Director with contractor consent, provided the total contract period does not exceed three years. The solicitation permits bids for paper or paper products and establishes evaluation criteria based on past performance as a potential factor in award determination.
Pricing terms include an overrun allowance not to exceed 3% of the contract value. The State offers a price preference for recycled content paper products, allowing bids offering paper with a minimum of 30% postconsumer recycled material content that fall within 10% of the lowest compliant bid to receive up to a 10% price preference. Vendors must explicitly indicate in their solicitation response that they are bidding recycled paper and must disclose the recycled content percentage in the comments section to be considered for this preference.
