About this file
This document is a Clauses Incorporated by Reference listing for federal contract FA286026Q0002. It serves as a template document that identifies and incorporates by reference all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses required for this procurement action.
The document contains two primary sections: a comprehensive table listing clauses incorporated by reference with their clause numbers, alternative/deviation numbers, titles, year-month designations, and contract sections (typically SEC I, SEC K, SEC L, or SEC G), followed by selected clauses presented in full text format. Key incorporated clauses address compliance requirements including compensation of former DoD officials, whistleblower protections, prohibition on covered defense telecommunications equipment, buy American provisions, representation regarding business operations with sanctioned regimes, payment processing via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system, and various labor and social compliance matters. Two clauses are provided in full text: 252.204-7017 addressing representations relating to covered defense telecommunications equipment or services, which requires offerors to disclose any covered telecommunications equipment or services they will provide and the entities involved; and 252.232-7006 providing detailed Wide Area WorkFlow Payment Instructions, which establishes electronic invoicing procedures, system access requirements, training obligations, document submission methods, and routing data tables for payment requests and receiving reports. The document also includes evaluation criteria for commercial products and services, specifying that award will be based on price and technical capability factors. The document designation FA286026Q0002 indicates this is an Air Force procurement.
