Updated 15 April 2021 Following provisions and clauses are applicable to an RFQ for HW/SW/Supplies. Remove any red text or notes to KO. No need to include a provision or clause if it’s already in the IDIQ contract or BPA unless it’s a GFP, Option, or other type provision/clause that would apply specifically at the order level. The contract specialist and KO need to review the FAR/DFARS/DARS PGI for applicable clauses or additional instructions that may not be included below. If you receive a compliance review write-up and comments are made in regard to these provisions/clauses/instructions, please forward a copy of the write up to disa.meade.PLD.mbx.pl21-policy-branch@mail.mil so updates can be made to this template.

Also, the IRS may publish a revenue ruling, which is an official interpretation by the IRS of the Internal Revenue Code, related statutes, tax treaties, and regulations. A revenue ruling is the conclusion of the IRS on how the law is applied to a specific set of facts.
