Re: Request for Clarifications Solicitation BPM002972 Tower Services
Dear Mr. Van Dame:
Pursuant to A.R.S. 41-2534, A.A.C. R2-7-C313, Clarification of Offers, the following is being submitted to your Firm as a respondent to the above solicitation with the intent to gain a greater understanding of the offer as submitted. This request for clarification shall not be considered as a determination that the Offeror is susceptible for award. No material changes to the offer shall be permitted through this clarification process. The following questions are presented for consideration and clarification:
1. Per the Experience and Capacity Questionnaire Question # 6 “Please describe the process your company has in place for responding to emergency requests for on call and onsite maintenance support within the timeframes specified. (Scope 3.5) additional clarification requested based on 10-30 response:
We would propose a monthly subscription, which is usually the most cost effective route, until we develop a base line for emergency usage, however yearly subscriptions are also available.
Typically we charge (4) hours for each 24 hour period an employee is on call after hours or weekends, if emergency services are needed, those hours are applied from that 24 hour period to the actual service hours.
Additional Clarification Questions: Will Enertech be charging DPS for 24hr service during the term of the project? What is the monthly subscription rate? If DPS chooses not to be in Enertech’s maintenance program is Enertech still available for emergency call out? Does Enertech have resources available for emergency call out?
If your Firm chooses not to respond to the request for clarifications, your proposal submittal shall remain as is and remain unchanged. To respond to this request, please send via e-mail to my attention. The due date for your submittal is November 4th by 12:00 PM Arizona Time.
Sincerely, Melanie Guyette Deputy Chief Procurement Officer Department of Public Safety mguyette@azdps.gov image1.png
