Re: Request for Clarifications Solicitation BPM002972 Tower Services

Dear Mr. Van Dame:

Pursuant to A.R.S. 41-2534, A.A.C. R2-7-C313, Clarification of Offers, the following is being submitted to your Firm as a respondent to the above solicitation with the intent to gain a greater understanding of the offer as submitted. This request for clarification shall not be considered as a determination that the Offeror is susceptible for award. No material changes to the offer shall be permitted through this clarification process. The following questions are presented for consideration and clarification:

1. Per the Experience and Capacity Questionnaire Question # 6 “Please describe the process your company has in place for responding to emergency requests for on call and onsite maintenance support within the timeframes specified. (Scope 3.5) “ Response provided: Enertech Resources will assign a dedicated emergency services management team responsible and accessible 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We will provide a detailed calling tree and escalation path with all assigned management and team members to the customer, updated weekly, or as changes are made. Under the management team’s direction, we will employ specialized technicians, dedicated to specific crews for each scope of work, to include tower, microwave/communications, civil and electrical. These teams will have specific material and equipment inventoried on each crew truck, that our emergency response technicians have with them 24-7, for quick deployment. A catalog of typically utilized materials and equipment will be pre-purchased and inventoried in our Peoria, AZ. warehouse, to ensure fast, reliable, 24hr access. Our management team will schedule a monthly meeting with the customer to review material and equipment inventory levels, discuss new equipment needs, upcoming projects or equipment upgrades, making sure we have what we need to service the network quickly and efficiently. II. A detailed report will be generated and sent to the customer daily for all emergency services, to include progress description, repair documentation, detailed photos, material list and equipment usage. Upon completion, a final closeout package will be sent to the customer.

Clarification Question: Is the service defined in Enertech’s response a “One Off” service? Is a monthly/yearly subscription fee required in order to receive this service?

If your Firm chooses not to respond to the request for clarifications, your proposal submittal shall remain as is and remain unchanged. To respond to this request, please send via e-mail to my attention. The due date for your submittal is November 2nd by 12:00 PM Arizona Time.

Sincerely, Melanie Guyette Deputy Chief Procurement Officer Department of Public Safety mguyette@azdps.gov image1.png
