David Baker

Enertech Resources 2016-Present Project Coordinator Managed cell site construction projects in multiple states ranging from New Site Builds to system upgrades. In 2017, under new management and direction, I accepted the responsibilities of Project Coordinator where my duties include permitting needs, asset management, rigging plans, HR Liaison, Safety Department Liaison, office manager, executive assistant, cell site testing and consultation, office technical support and site management as needed.

Gencom MC 2015-2016 Construction Manager Effectively managed cell site construction projects that were completed in a timely manner. Oversaw daily construction, set schedule for completion of work. Effectively communicated with client to achieve customer’s needs. Trained/managed crew members in quality assurance standards to simultaneously meet customer’s specifications and complete work under budget. Provided clear and concise daily reports. Compiled and edited quality photos of work completed, assembled Close Out Packages and submitted all required forms. Implemented quality procedures that drastically reduced “punch” items resulting in fewer return visits to completed jobs and, to date, has produced three sites with zero defects.

Mariner Wireless Services 2012-2015 Partner/VP In 2012 I partnered with my father to form a third-party testing company that specialized in Sweep, PIM and fiber testing.

We also provided training for newly certified testers with focus on trouble shooting, interpreting readings and understanding carrier’s Methods of Procedure. In 2013 we started combining our testing services with construction management “rescue” services where we would assess a project’s situation and design strategies to complete sites that were stalled in construction. We would coordinate tasks, scheduling and materials to start closing out sites. In late 2014 we expanded our services to include full tower construction, able to provide complete site builds. We were approved general contractors for General Dynamics to do AT&T carrier adds in Southern Idaho and became one of their top companies due to quality and timeliness of our work.

Spartan Tower Company 2008-2012 Field Services Manager I coordinated testing services for multiple projects that included scheduling, training, customer relations, reporting and meeting deadlines. Spartan Tower was at the forefront of the new requirements to “in the field” testing for PIM. I was able to develop procedures and techniques that made us the preferred testing company for Andrew Systems Inc. (Commscope) throughout the entire Gulf Coast during Verizon’s initial 4G LTE build out. As more companies started offering PIM testing, I was able to identify strategies and techniques that kept us ahead of the competition. Through our quality and timeliness of work I was able to secure multiple projects across the Southern U.S.

Native Tele-Data Solutions 2006-2008 Foreman Installed Cat5e, Cat6 and fiber optics for a local cable company. Was promoted to foreman after one year and oversaw cable installs for Carondelet Health Network hospitals and clinics.

Hospitality Industry 1995-2006 Restaurant Manager Managed local bars and restaurants where I oversaw the day to day operations including direct P/L responsibility, scheduling, training, vendor relations, personnel management and inventory control.

Certifications/Education Anritsu Sweep Tester, Kaelus PIM Tester, OSHA 10, RF Safety, CPR/First Aid, Fiber Installer, Cable Installer, CCI TIA Inspection, JDSU Fiber Testing, AT&T Ask Yourself.

Sabino High School-Diploma Class of 1990.

Committee Involvement Member of Enertech Resources Safety Committee since 2017.

Security Clearance Department of Homeland Security. Full background investigation.
