About this file

This document is a form provided by the Utah State Archives Office of the Government Records Ombudsman for businesses to claim confidentiality of records submitted to a governmental entity. The form allows the business to provide a concise statement of reasons supporting the confidentiality claim, which could apply to trade secrets or commercial/financial information that could result in unfair competitive injury if disclosed. The form includes fields for the business to provide their contact information, details about the confidentiality claim such as the specific pages/paragraphs being claimed as confidential, and the governmental entity the records were submitted to.

The related state and local contract opportunity is from the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, seeking a vendor to complete a 403-acre hand cutting and piling project in the Spring City Canyon-Ephraim area. The vendor must be on the Division's pre-qualified approved vendor list to be eligible for this contract.
