About this file
This is a Long-Term Contract Market Research Questionnaire issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support division for procurement planning purposes. DLA is conducting market research to develop a solicitation and award an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the Return and Transfer Rod, National Stock Number (NSN) 1005012549801, with an AMC/AMSC classification of 1/G. The questionnaire is designed to gather information from potential suppliers regarding their capability, capacity, and willingness to supply this item under a long-term contract arrangement.
The questionnaire requests respondents to provide company information including size status, employee count, SBA classifications, and manufacturer/distributor details. Key contractual questions address interest in pursuing the LTC, preferred base period terms (with a suggested three-year base period and single option years), quantity price breaks, and willingness to quote directly to the Government. Additional sections cover Cost or Pricing Data requirements (potentially applicable for contracts over $2,500,000), commercial item status and price reasonableness documentation, production limitations, minimum delivery order quantities, country of origin, and DFARS duty-free entry considerations. Respondents must return completed questionnaires to Camerson Siebeneck at camerson.siebeneck@dla.mil by June 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Technical drawings and specifications are available through cFolders using the query reference MR012549801 at https://pcf1x.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/.
