City of Yonkers Kia Vehicles (27)-inventory.pdf

The document is an inventory list of Kia vehicles for the City of Yonkers, specifically for the Police Administration and Public Works Administration departments. The list contains 11 vehicles from the 2025 model year, including 3 Niro EV models and 7 Niro EX PHEV models, all currently active, as well as 1 Sorento SUV assigned to Public Works Administration. All vehicles are manufactured by Kia and have unique Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) listed.

This inventory is related to a broader procurement opportunity (RFB-7440A) for a 24-month contract to provide parts and service for the Kia fleet. The bid seeks a vendor capable of supplying original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts and performing repairs on approximately 12 Kia vehicles without voiding the vehicle warranties. The scope indicates the need for comprehensive service capabilities, with the potential for the fleet size to expand beyond the current 11 vehicles documented in this inventory list.
