About this file
This is a procurement document from the City of Port St. Lucie Procurement Management Department outlining a competitive bidding process for the Board of Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida. The project involves the development of nonaeronautical facilities, specifically a hotel with associated amenities, on approximately 20 acres of undeveloped land located at the entrance of Treasure Coast International Airport. Qualified applicants are invited to submit proposals for a comprehensive engagement encompassing design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the hotel facility. The project aims to complement commercial air service operations at the airport and requires interested parties to demonstrate capability across multiple phases from initial development through long-term operational management.
The procurement seeks qualified developers capable of managing the full project lifecycle, including securing financing, obtaining necessary design and construction approvals, and establishing operational protocols for the hotel facility. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, response deadlines, site visit schedules, and bidder conference details would be outlined in the full procurement documents and supporting exhibits. Applicants should review all related documentation including the Scope of Work, Project Description, Supporting Exhibits, and any Addendum issued by the City of Port St. Lucie Procurement Management Department to understand complete requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission specifications for this significant development opportunity in St. Lucie County.
