A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough has been scheduled for Tuesday May 12th from 9am-11am.

Interested bidders should assemble per the provided location on the map below on the campus. It is MANDATORY that bidding contractors attend this walkthrough, as it will be the only time bidders can walk through the project area with the campus representative. NOTE: PPE is required as follows: strong flashlight (your phone does not qualify!), boots, long pants, long sleeves, bright construction vest (yellow or orange), hard hat, safety glasses (or prescription glasses), gloves, and a dust mask. We will climb inside a couple of crawl spaces. Attendees must be small enough and agile enough to get down on all fours, climb through a small opening, climb down a ladder a few feet, stoop under beams, and the like, and NOT have fear of small dark spaces – do NOT send someone not capable of this, not going in will disqualify. This particular crawl is an abated space so we don’t need Tyvek suits or respirators, but it will be dusty/dirty (you may want a change of clothes afterwards if you have a nice car ). We will peer into another space without entering. No more than 2 persons per company please, and ONLY one per company must enter the crawl space, the other can wait and see the rest of the project - at your discretion.

Here is that access opening – about 2’x2’.
