The National Park Service in Christiansted National Historic Site requires consistency in the configuration of law enforcement vehicles installation; therefore, is preparing to purchase the services of a Contractor to purchase, install and configure emergency equipment on three 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicle (PPV). Two of the three vehicles will have identical configuration and the third will be partially similarly configured (see specs below).

To be considered for award, all Contractors must offer the minimum of a 5-year warranty and provide all installation on-site at Christiansted National Historic Site. Contractor must provide their best turn-around time on their quote. The government will be performing inspections prior to acceptance.

Due to transportation and inspection time/costs, distance from the park will be considered among other factors during the evaluation process of this action. The further the distance, the more costly it could be for the Government, so distance may be a contributing factor when determining best value. Offerors must be willing to purchase, supply, install the equipment and travel to Christiansted National Historic Site: 2100 Church Street #100 Christiansted, Virgin Islands. The vehicles would be unable to be transported to the mainland of the United States therefore, the contractor must be willing to travel to Christiansted. This will be an evaluation factor. Also, the NPS will provide additional equipment (SEE Section 8) to be installed per NPS specifications.
