General Information

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request For Quotation (RFQ).

3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through:

Requirement Information Description:

Minot AFB has a requirement for Charter Bus Services. This requirement will be a centralized blanket purchase agreement to be used on an as needed basis. The contractor must be able to provide safe and reliable transportation services for squadron personnel, equipment (firearms, if applicable), and/or cargo. This may include, but is not limited to, transportation to and from airports, training sites, and other destinations as required.

Instructions to Offerors

FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(b)(1), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein:

1. Questions may be submitted to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 11 March 2025. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.

2. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than the established deadline.
