Written by GovTribe AI ·

This document is a Special Notice for a sole source contract to acquire a Mobile Command Station Conference System for the New York Army National Guard 42nd Infantry Division Headquarters. The 42nd ID requires a reliable and ruggedized mobile conference system with the following key capabilities: 18 desktop stand microphones (17 standard, 1 chairman), 4 speakers, a system control panel, and tactical 1-person carrying cases. The HDT Systems conference system is identified as the only solution that meets the critical requirements, which include a ruggedized design for harsh field conditions, wireless integration for flexible deployment, a control panel supporting up to 50 stations, and a portable public address system. The Special Notice states that the government intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to HDT Systems, but interested parties may submit capability statements within 10 calendar days for consideration of a competitive procurement.
