PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
CHAPEL AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM
LUKE AFB, ARIZONA
4 JUNE 2025
INSTALLATION AND LOCATION
Luke Air Force Base (AFB), Arizona. Luke Community Chapel facility, building 799
USER
56th Fighter Wing Chaplain Corps. All military members (AD, Guard, Reserve) and their Families as needed for worship services, memorials, weddings, baptismal, etc.
SUMMARY OF SERVICES
Upgrade existing Audio Visual system to eliminate current issues due to old wiring and outdated equipment.
DESCRIPTION
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to perform the following tasks to complete this performance work statement.
- Removal of equipment in front of house (FOH) rack and make video side better.
- Pull out wiring from FOH to stage and utilize cable path for new cables.
- Install Rack in backstage area.
- Rack will consist of amplifier(s), input panel for mic inputs, and ancillary components.
- Update wireless microphone system to today's standards. Requested 8 hand helds, 1 headset, and 1 lapel.
- Pulpit mic and 2 overhead choir/band mics.
- Bluetooth at FOH.
- Digital processor and input/output devices to handle all sources mentioned above.
- Touch panel at FOH to control audio levels and mutes of sources that will be simple for anyone to utilize the audio system.
- Add HDMI de-embedder for audio from video.
- Speaker system that can handle the space for spoken word with choir and band.
- Installation, mounting, programming, tuning, wiring, and training of system once complete.
- Quarterly monitoring of system for any adjustment or resets needed.
SCHEDULE
Installation should be properly coordinated through the Chaplain Corps Leadership to minimize worship service disruptions.
DEVIATION FROM SERVICES
The contractor shall not depart from nor perform work outside of this Performance Work
Statement and criteria on which it is based without written direction of the Contracting Officer.
If the contractor performs such work without written approval, it does so at its own risk.
Any changes to this Performance Work Statement will be coordinated with Luke AFB Chaplain Corps leadership.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
SUBCONTRACTORS: The contractor shall not enter any subcontracts that are not identified in its original proposal without prior written approval of the CO.
RELEASE OF DATA: All data, reports, and materials relative to this Performance Work
Statement are the property of the Government and will not be released by the Contractor without written approval of the CO.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIELD WORK: The Contractor shall be responsible for all damages to persons and property that occur as a result of the Contractor’s fault or negligence in connection with field work, and shall save and hold the Government free from all claims and suits arising from such damage.
