ProcurementTitle: RR-18-9015 Document and Process Control Management Services.
BBREFNO.: 25-557THA-ENGCO-B-45097
thedetails: The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is giving notice to supplement contract RR-18-9015 with Bush Infotech Group, Inc. DBA Kristine Fallon Associates, Inc. RR-18-9015 with Bush Infotech Group, Inc. DBA Kristine Fallon Associates, Inc. in the amount of $1,376,984.94 with no additional procurement expenditures needed. Additional work is needed that was not anticipated in the current contract. The additional work is germane to the original project and within the project scope. This contract provides engineering consultant services required for document and process control management services for the Tollway, specifically with respect to the management and administration of the Tollway's Web-Based Project Management Information System (currently, Trimble Unity Connect). Management of the flow of information (electronic & hard copies) into and out of the Engineering Department is critical to Tollway operations as well as completion and delivery of the Move Illinois program.
The existing contract is being amended and extended to provide continuity and continuation of services. A different method for procurement is not recommended because the current consultant team is providing ongoing Engineering consulting and support services for the administration and management of a Web Based Program Management Information System (WBPMIS) used for managing the Move Illinois program. An RFP has been published to competitively solicit these services and this supplement is critical in ensuring their services are still available, without interruption, while the RFP is being executed and a selection is made for a possible replacement consulting team. The supplement includes 5,058 hours at an average rate of $47.97 and extends the contract for a period of six (6) months to continue to provide services while the RFP for replacement services is completed and executed.
