About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice issued by the Chief Procurement Office for General Services for the State of Illinois. It details a change order for the FY24 CHANGE ORDER NOTICE D2 Aggregates contract, which is used to repair roadway shoulders and prevent washouts due to erosion and heavy rainfall. The current contract has been exhausted, and the state needs to increase the quantities to ensure timely repairs to the state roadway in Rock Island and Henry counties. Due to the location of the quarries and lack of quarries in the area that are on contract, it is crucial for the state to utilize this contract.

The change order increases the dollar amount of the contract by $128,000.00. This is necessary to address the increased demand for the aggregates used in the roadway maintenance and repair work.
