About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice issued by the Chief Procurement Office for General Services. The notice details a contract amendment for the Carmona Contract (BBREFNO.: 23-511CDB-PROCU-P-48400:0) administered by the Capital Development Board. The change order is necessary to increase the contract amount to cover a number of outreaches, as the circumstances necessitating the change were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was signed, and the change is germane to the original contract.

The document cites the relevant sections of the Procurement Code and Administrative Rules that define change orders. It states that notices for change orders that increase the cost of a contract by more than $25,000 or the time of completion by 180 days or more must be posted publicly for 14 days.
