About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice from the Illinois Chief Procurement Office General Services. It provides details on a contract extension for the JPMC ATTENUATOR, INERTIAL BARREL SYSTEMS procurement (BBREFNO.: 17-416CMS-BOSS4-P-93) with the Illinois Department of Central Management Services. The contract is being extended for 6 months, expiring on 8/14/2020, to allow time for the State to solicit a new contract due to delays from a previous cancelled solicitation.

The document indicates that the circumstances necessitating the change order were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the original contract was signed, and that the change order is germane to the original contract. Pricing and other salient contract terms are not provided, as this document is focused on the administrative details of the contract extension.
