About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice from the Chief Procurement Office for General Services, extending the existing Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) Tires contract (18-416CMS-BOSS4-P-5995) between the State of Illinois Central Management Services (CMS) and the contractor. The initial contract term was from August 29, 2019 to August 28, 2023, and has since been extended multiple times, with the latest extension now running through December 31, 2024. This contract enables all state agencies and local governmental units to purchase tires.

The change order is necessary to allow time to execute a new contract, as the current contract is set to expire. There are no other significant changes to the contract terms or pricing. This contract is a statewide agreement, and the extension is intended to ensure continuity of tire purchasing services for state and local government entities.
