It details an amendment to the existing Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) for Oxygen Cylinder Tanks and Rentals, which was initially established to allow governmental units to purchase laboratory and medical gases, as well as gas cylinder and bulk tank rentals, on an as-needed basis. The contract term is from January 15, 2020, to January 14, 2023, with a renewal option from January 15, 2023, to January 14, 2026. The change order is needed to add a new delivery location at the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs home located at 4250 N. Oak Park Ave., Chicago, IL 60634. Pricing for this new location will be consistent with the previously established pricing for the Northern Region line items 1-4.
The contract was originally established for governmental units to purchase high-quality, consumable laboratory and medical gases, as well as gas cylinder and bulk tank rentals, on an as-needed basis. This change order is necessary to accommodate the addition of a new delivery location for the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs home in Chicago, Illinois. The pricing for this new location will align with the previously agreed-upon pricing for the Northern Region line items 1-4.
