About this file
This Change Order Notice document pertains to the Elgin Mental Health Center (EMHC) Lighting Project in Illinois. The document addresses modifications to an existing lighting project at the facility, though specific details regarding the original project scope, timeline, and deliverables are not fully elaborated in the notice itself. The change order process indicates that adjustments have been necessitated to the original project agreement, with the notice serving to formally document and authorize these modifications to the contract.
Elgin Mental Health Center will assume responsibility for a total net project cost not to exceed 10% of the baseline approved incentives or $50,000.00, whichever is less. The vendor has disclosed that subcontractors will be utilized for project execution. As this is a change order notice and explicitly not a bidding opportunity, it applies to an existing contract rather than a new procurement, indicating that the original contract award has already been made and this document reflects subsequent modifications to that agreement.
